Big Hearts Build Donations and Benefit Concerts
SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, HAMILTON COUNTY, TN (WRCB) — The members of the Mountain Cove Bluegrass Band say helping raise money for the big hearts build family, is quite the honor.
It’s not the entire band seen here, but the group has made quite a name for themselves, within the community.

Bob Payne picks Mountain Cove as Best Bluegrass Band
Best Bluegrass Band. This year, I am choosing a band that many others have picked as best of the best lately. Mountain Cove Bluegrass, the young men from Signal Mountain and Hixson High Schools, take home the award. MoonPie® General Store Joins Forces with Charleston’s Newly Renovated City Market to Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend with Bluegrass Concert and World’s Largest MoonPie.
MoonPie General Store is joining with Charleston’s City Market to celebrate two significant events – MoonPie General Store’s first anniversary and The City Market’s grand reopening after having completed a major refurbishment of its open air market facilities over the last six months.
The festivities will begin with a bluegrass concert on Friday, May 28th at 7:00 PM in Building B of The City Market, next to the MoonPie General Store, performed by Mountain Cove Bluegrass of Signal Mountain, TN, a young and rapidly rising band formed in 2008. (Read more)
Marksmen Quartet, Mountain Cove Bluegrass Play At Ringgold Depot May 7

Mountain Cove To Perform At Harrison Ruritan Bluegrass Jamboree
The Harrison Ruritan Club will host a Bluegrass Jamboree on Saturday, at 6 p.m. Four area bands will be performing at the Club House located at 5709 Tyner Lane at Highway 58, next to Harrison Elementary School. Mountain Cove, a group of students from Signal Mountain, will be the featured band. (Read more)
